Carter Hayes is president of Echo Atlantic Construction Co. LLC and has over 12 years experience in industrial, commercial, multi family, and residential construction in Central Florida. Carter earned his bachelor's degree in business management in 1996 from the University of Central Florida and became a Florida State Certified General Contractor in 2008.
Jessica Hayes, Registered Agent
Jessica Hayes brings with her experience from developer sales and construction planning. She helped Carter, her husband, in the start-up of Echo Atlantic Construction, LLC. Jessica is a Realtor and has gone back to selling Real Estate full time. Carter and Jessica now work closely together when either customers' need help from one another's profession.
